To codify Secretary’s Order 3434 of the Department of the
Interior.
1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-
2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 SECTION 1. CODIFICATION OF DOI SECRETARY’S ORDER
4 3434.
5 Secretary’s Order 3434 issued by the Secretary of the
6 Interior and dated June 25, 2025 (relating to strength-
7 ening coordination with gateway communities), shall have
8 the force and effect of law.
