1		HOUSE RESOLUTION
2		    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3		Representatives wish to congratulate Tom and Michelle Braxton
4		on the joyous milestone of their 50th wedding anniversary on
5		June 26, 2026; and
6		    WHEREAS, Tom and Michelle Braxton were joined in matrimony
7		on June 26, 1976; and
8		    WHEREAS, Tom and Michelle Braxton have faced life's joys
9		and sorrows together with the strength that comes from abiding
10		love and mutual devotion; and
11		    WHEREAS, Tom and Michelle Braxton's enduring marriage is
12		an inspiration, and they are among an exceptional group of
13		individuals who can claim such a lasting commitment;
14		therefore, be it
15		    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE
16		HUNDRED FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
17		we congratulate Tom and Michelle Braxton on the occasion of
18		their 50th wedding anniversary and extend our warmest wishes
19		for their continued happiness in the years to come; and be it
20		further

1		    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
