RES. 142  IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES   March 24, 2026   Ms. Warren  (for herself,  Mr. Booker , and  Mr. Blumenthal ) introduced the following joint resolution; which was read twice and referred to the  Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs    JOINT RESOLUTION
Providing for congressional disapproval under  chapter 8  of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the National Credit Union Administration relating to  Withdrawal of Fee Reporting Requirements .
That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the National Credit Union Administration relating to  Withdrawal of Fee Reporting Requirements  (issued March 3, 2025, and a letter of opinion from the Government Accountability Office dated January 16, 2026, printed in the Congressional Record on February 9, 2026, on pages S530–532, concluding that withdrawal is a rule under the Congressional Review Act), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
