 introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on
                             the Judiciary

                                 A BILL
 To amend the Foreign Agents Registration Act to require social media
 influencers to submit registration statements, and for other purposes.
    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
    This Act may be cited as the ``Foreign Propaganda Disclosure Act''.
SEC. 2. INCLUSION OF SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCERS.
    Section 1 of the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as
amended (22 U.S.C. 611) is amended--
            (1) in subsection (h), by inserting ``a social media
        influencer or'' after ``includes'';
            (2) in subsection (p), by striking the period at the end
        and inserting a semicolon; and
            (3) by adding at the end the following new subsections:
    ``(r) The term `social media influencer' means any person who has a
monetized social media account on any social media platform;
    ``(s) The term `social media platform' has the meaning given such
term defined in section 124 of the Trafficking Victims Prevention and
Protection Reauthorization Act of 2022 (42 U.S.C. 1862w).''.
