                                AN ACT
1 Amending the act of November 21, 1990 (P.L.539, No.133),
2    entitled "An act prohibiting certain conduct with respect to
3    caves; and imposing penalties," further providing for
4    penalties.
5    The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7    Section 1.    Section 6 of the act of November 21, 1990
8 (P.L.539, No.133), known as the Cave Protection Act, is amended
9 by adding a subsection to read:
10 Section 6.   Penalties.

12    (c)   Community service.--In addition to other penalties
13 imposed under this section, a court of competent jurisdiction
14 may require a person convicted of a violation of this act to
15 pick up litter or illegally dumped trash.
16    Section 2.    This act shall take effect in 60 days.
