AN ACT
Amending the act of November 21, 1990 (P.L.539, No.133),
entitled "An act prohibiting certain conduct with respect to
caves; and imposing penalties," further providing for
penalties.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 6 of the act of November 21, 1990
(P.L.539, No.133), known as the Cave Protection Act, is amended
by adding a subsection to read:
Section 6. Penalties.

(c) Community service.--In addition to other penalties
imposed under this section, a court of competent jurisdiction
may require a person convicted of a violation of this act to
pick up litter or illegally dumped trash.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.

An Act amending the act of November 21, 1990 (P.L.539, No.133), known as the Cave Protection Act, further providing for penalties.
