Borkowski Jr. and the11members of its board of trustees; and12 WHEREAS, The Northwest St. Clair County Fire Protection13District has continued to grow over the past eight decades,14becoming the esteemed ISO Class 3 Fire Protection District it15is today, with state-of-the-art equipment and highly trained16firefighters who provide a level of service the residents17expect, and the fire protection district will continue to18advance through the valiant efforts of countless individuals,19ensuring it provides fire, rescue, EMS, and technical rescue20services to the community; and21 WHEREAS, The Northwest St. Clair County Fire Protection22District will be celebrating its 80th anniversary as well asHR0999 - 4 - LRB104 22621 LAW 39068 r1commemorating America's 250th anniversary; therefore, be it2 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE3HUNDRED FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that4we congratulate the Northwest St. Clair County Fire Protection5District on achieving its 80th anniversary, and we thank the6members of the fire protection district for their continued7service and dedication to the community; and be it further8 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be9presented to Fire Chief Chester L. Borkowski Jr. of the10Northwest St. Clair County Fire Protection District as an11expression of our esteem and respect.
