RES. 209  IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES   August 6, 2026   Mr. Sullivan  (for himself,  Mr. Marshall ,  Mr. Barrasso ,  Mr. Ricketts ,  Ms. Lummis , and  Mrs. Britt ) introduced the following joint resolution; which was read twice and referred to the  Committee on Environment and Public Works    JOINT RESOLUTION
Providing for congressional disapproval under  chapter 8  of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to  California State Nonroad Engine Pollution Control Standards; Ocean-Going Vessels At-Berth; Notice of Decision .
That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to  California State Nonroad Engine Pollution Control Standards; Ocean-Going Vessels At-Berth; Notice of Decision  (88 Fed. Reg. 72461 (October 20, 2023)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
