                                  AN ACT
1 Amending Title 12 (Commerce and Trade) of the Pennsylvania
2    Consolidated Statutes, in entertainment economic enhancement
3    program, further providing for limitations.
4    The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6    Section 1.      Section 3205(a)(1) of Title 12 of the
7 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 3205.    Limitations.
9    (a)    Cap.--
10(1)   The aggregate amount of tax credits awarded in a
11    fiscal year under this chapter may not exceed [$24,000,000]
12    $26,000,000.

14    Section 2.      The amendment of 12 Pa.C.S. § 3205(a)(1) shall
15 apply to fiscal years beginning on or after July 1, 2026.
16    Section 3.      This act shall take effect immediately.
