                                AN ACT
1 Amending Title 35 (Health and Safety) of the Pennsylvania
2    Consolidated Statutes, in health care cost containment,
3    repealing provisions relating to expiration.
4    The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6    Section 1.    Section 3317 of Title 35 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is repealed:
8 [§ 3317.   Expiration.
9    This chapter shall expire 10 years after the effective date
10 of this section.]
11    Section 2.    This act shall take effect in 60 days.
