To amend the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 to include quantum information science and technology in the areas covered by the Program on China and Transformational Exports.
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the Advancing American Quantum Leadership Act of 2026 .
2.
Modification to Program on China and Transformational Exports
Section 2(l)(1)(B)(v) of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 ( 12 U.S.C. 635(l)(1)(B)(v) ) is amended by striking Quantum computing. and inserting Quantum information science and technology. .
