To authorize the award of the Purple Heart to Daniel Nimham for injuries incurred during the Revolutionary War.
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the Chief Nimham Purple Heart Act .
2.
Authorization for award of the Purple Heart to Daniel Nimham
Notwithstanding the criteria in section 1 of Executive Order 11016, the President may posthumously award the Purple Heart to Daniel Nimham for injuries incurred during the Revolutionary War while a Commissioned Captain in the Continental Army.
