Mr. Green of Texas introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary
A BILL
Representative Green’s Original Legislation to increase from 9 to 13 the number of justices of the Supreme Court.
1.
Expansion of the supreme court
Section 1 of title 28, United States Code, is amended—
(1)
by striking eight and inserting twelve ; and
(2)
by striking six and inserting eight .
