A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; appropriating money to furnish and equip a critical
access dental clinic in the city of Alexandria.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. APPROPRIATION; WEST CENTRAL DENTAL RESOURCES, INC.
$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of health for a grant to West Central Dental Resources, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
organization, to furnish and equip a critical access dental clinic in the city of Alexandria.
This appropriation is onetime and is available until the project is completed or abandoned,
subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
EFFECTIVE DATE. This section is effective the day following final enactment.
