Reg. 3319; January 27, 2026).(2)the final rule submitted by the Department of State relating to Combating Discriminatory Equity Ideology in Foreign Assistance Rules (91 Fed. Reg. 3345; January 27, 2026).(3)the final rule submitted by the Department of State relating to Combating Gender Ideology in Foreign Assistance (91 Fed. Reg. 3332; January 27, 2026).
