 II  119th CONGRESS  2d Session  S. 4318  IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES   April 16 (legislative day, April 14), 2026   Ms. Rosen  (for herself,  Mrs. Moody ,  Ms. Hirono ,  Mrs. Capito ,  Mrs. Shaheen , and  Mrs. Hyde-Smith ) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the  Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs    A BILL
To amend title 39, United States Code, to extend the authority of the United States
  Postal Service to issue a semipostal stamp to raise funds for breast cancer
 research.
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the   Breast Cancer Stamp Reauthorization Act  .
2.
Extension of postage stamp for breast cancer research
Section 414(h) of title 39, United States Code, is amended by striking  2027  and inserting  2037 .
