To abolish the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation.
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the   Abolish the CMMI Act  .
2.
Abolishing the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation
The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation is hereby abolished.
3.
Technical and conforming amendments
Section 1115A of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1315a ) is hereby repealed.
