Providing for congressional disapproval under  chapter 8  of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Education relating to  William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) Program .
That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Department of Education relating to  William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) Program  (90 Fed. Reg. 48966 (October 31, 2025)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
