 Statement of purpose of bill as introduced: This bill proposes to amend the
 definitions of “hemp,” “hemp products,” and “hemp-infused products” in
 Titles 6 and 7 to ensure that State-level hemp regulation is not impacted by
 amendments to federal definitions of “hemp,” “hemp-derived products,” and
 “hemp-derived cannabinoid products.”
