W.S. 22-4-110 is amended to read:91022-4-110. Composition of state central committee;11 voting.1213(a) The state central committee consists of state14 committeemen and committeewomen and county chairmen elected15 at the odd-numbered year meeting of the county central1 SF00832026 STATE OF WYOMING 26LSO-04691 committees, and of any other party officials provided by2 the bylaws of the party.34(b) Voting on any action of the state central5 committee shall be conducted in a manner so that the votes6 of each voting member are weighted based on the number of7 registered voters of the party at the last congressional8 election in the county of the voting member compared to the9 total number of statewide registered voters of the party at10 the last congressional election.1112Section 2.
