                                       for
1 AN   ACT     relating    to   political       parties;    clarifying  voting
2 requirements for members of the state central committee of
3 major      political    parties;     and     providing    for     an   effective
4 date.

6 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

8Section 1.       W.S. 22-4-110 is amended to read:
9
1022-4-110.       Composition      of    state      central       committee;
11 voting.

13(a)    The   state     central       committee    consists       of   state
14 committeemen and committeewomen and county chairmen elected
15 at   the     odd-numbered     year    meeting     of    the   county     central

1 committees, and of any other party officials provided by
2 the bylaws of the party.

4(b)   Voting    on    any   action   of   the   state   central
5 committee shall be conducted in a manner so that the votes
6 of each voting member are weighted based on the number of
7 registered voters of the party at the last congressional
8 election in the county of the voting member compared to the
9 total number of statewide registered voters of the party at
10 the last congressional election.

12Section 2.     This act is effective July 1, 2026.
