2A resolution recognizing and commending The Ripple
3Project for its invaluable service, dedication, and
4tireless commitment to raising awareness of and
5funding for a cure for childhood cancer.

7WHEREAS, The Ripple Project is a dedicated nonprofit
8organization based in Tallahassee which was founded with the
9singular, noble mission of driving meaningful change in the
10fight against childhood cancer, and
11WHEREAS, the organization undertakes the critical work of
12raising vital public awareness concerning the devastating impact
13of pediatric cancer on children and families throughout this
14state and the nation, and
15WHEREAS, The Ripple Project tirelessly commits its
16resources and energy to raising funds, promoting awareness, and
17providing tangible support to families going through cancer
18diagnoses and treatments, and
19WHEREAS, the members, volunteers, and board of directors of
20The Ripple Project demonstrate exemplary compassion, leadership,
21and community spirit in their unwavering commitment to securing
22a brighter, cancer-free future for all children, and
23WHEREAS, the Florida Senate wishes to commend and celebrate
24the extraordinary efforts and profound impact of The Ripple
25Project as it represents the very best of community action and
26philanthropic endeavor in the capital city, NOW, THEREFORE,

28Be It Resolved by the Senate of the State of Florida:

30That the Florida Senate hereby recognizes and commends The
31Ripple Project for its invaluable service, dedication, and
32tireless commitment to raising awareness of and funding for a
33cure for childhood cancer.
34BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution, with
35the Seal of the Senate affixed, be presented to The Ripple
36Project as a tangible expression of the Florida Senate’s respect
37and gratitude for its work.
