                                11   MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO DEVELOP
                                12   A PREGNANCY AND PARENTING RESOURCE WEBSITE AND HOTLINE TO
                                13   PROVIDE RESOURCES TO EXPECTANT FAMILIES AND NEW PARENTS.

                                15   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
                                16        SECTION 1.    APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars

                                17   ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
underscored material = new
                                18   department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2027 to
                                19   develop a pregnancy and parenting resource website and hotline
                                20   that provides information on social services, financial
                                21   assistance, adoption services, pregnancy and parenting
                                22   information, planning guidance, care centers and other available
                                23   public and private resources for expectant families and new
                                24   parents.    Any unexpended balance remaining at the end of fiscal
                                25   year 2027 shall revert to the general fund.
