1 An Act to make an appropriation for the economic development of South Dakota.
2 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
3 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund the sum of $101 to the state,
4 for purposes of the economic development of South Dakota.
5 Section 2. The state shall approve vouchers and the state auditor shall draw warrants to pay
6 expenditures authorized by this Act.
7 Section 3.Any amounts appropriated in this Act not lawfully expended or obligated shall
8 revert in accordance with the procedures prescribed in chapter 4-8.
9 Section 4.This Act is effective June 30, 2026.
