5 LEGISLATURE IS IN SESSION.

7BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA, BOTH
8 HOUSES THEREOF CONCURRING, That a committee of six members,
9 consisting of three members of the House to be named by the
10 Speaker of the House, and three members of the Senate to be
11 named by the Presiding Officer of the Senate, be appointed
12 to notify the Governor that the Legislature is now in
13 session and ready for the transaction of business.
