 IA  119th CONGRESS  1st Session  H. J. RES. 134  IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES   December 12, 2025   Ms. Ross  (for herself,  Mr. Veasey , and  Mr. Krishnamoorthi ) submitted the following joint resolution; which was referred to the  Committee on Foreign Affairs    JOINT RESOLUTION
Terminating the national emergency declared to impose duties on articles imported from India.
That, pursuant to section 202 of the National Emergencies Act ( 50 U.S.C. 1622 ), the national emergency declared on August 6, 2025, by the President in Executive Order 14329 (90 Fed. Reg. 38701) is terminated.
