I 119th CONGRESS 1st Session H. R. 6307 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES November 25, 2025 Mr. Morelle (for himself and Ms. Meng ) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Education and Workforce A BILL
To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to fund the information clearinghouse through fiscal year 2032, and for other purposes.
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the Hunger Clearinghouse Enhancement Act of 2025 .
2.
Information clearinghouse
Section 26 of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1769g ) is amended—
(1)
in subsection (a)—
(A)
by inserting , including information with respect to the utilization of trained volunteers, after provide information ; and
(B)
by inserting resources that address ways to prevent hunger, after food assistance, ; and
(2)
in subsection (d)—
(A)
by striking and before $250,000 ; and
(B)
by striking through 2027. and inserting through 2025, and $750,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2032.
