Reg. 15041) shall not apply with respect to goods imported by or for the use of a small business concern.(b)RefundsNot later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall refund the amount of any duties paid pursuant to Executive Order 14257 (90 Fed. Reg. 15041) on goods imported by or for the use of a small business concern.(c)Small business concern definedIn this section, the term small business concern has the meaning given that term in section 3 of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 632 ).
