R. 6148 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES November 19, 2025 Mr. Larsen of Washington (for himself, Mrs. Beatty , Ms. Tlaib , Ms. Norton , Mr. Veasey , Ms. Salinas , Mr. Moulton , Mr. Costa , Mr. Torres of New York , and Mr. Lieu ) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce A BILL
To amend Public Law 119–21 to repeal certain changes to eligibility redeterminations under the Medicaid program.
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the Patients Over Paperwork Act of 2025 .
2.
Repealing changes to eligibility redeterminations under Medicaid
Section 71107 of Public Law 119–21 is repealed, and the provisions of law amended by such section are restored as if such section had not been enacted into law.
