To repeal section 213 of division C of the Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026.

Short title
This Act may be cited as the   Anti-Cash Grab Act  .
2.
Repeal
(a)
In general
Section 213 of division C of the Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026 ( Public Law 119–37 ) is repealed, and section 10 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2005 ( 2 U.S.C. 6628 ) is restored as if such section 213 had not been enacted.
(b)
Effective date
The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect as if included in the enactment of division C of the Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026 ( Public Law 119–37 ).
