To reinstate all financial assistance awards terminated by the Department of Energy.
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the Stop the Trump Electricity Price Hikes Act .
2.
Reinstatement of terminated awards
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, all financial assistance awards terminated by the Department of Energy pursuant to the Secretarial Memorandum entitled Ensuring Responsibility for Financial Assistance, dated May 15, 2025, shall be deemed reinstated and shall continue in effect as if such terminations had not occurred.
