To codify Executive Order 14347 (relating to restoring the United States Department of War).

Short title
This Act may be cited as the Restoring the United States Department of War Act .
2.
Codification of Executive Order 14347
Executive Order 14347 (90 Fed. Reg. 17508; relating to restoring the United States Department of War) shall have the force and effect of law.
