To codify Executive Order 14212, relating to establishing the President’s Make America Healthy Again Commission.

Short title
This Act may be cited as the Make America Healthy Again Act of 2025 .
2.
Codification of Executive Order 14212
Executive Order 14212 (90 Fed. Reg. 9833; relating to establishing the President’s Make America Healthy Again Commission) shall have the force and effect of law.
