To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to remove a limitation on payments for certain home or community-based services waivers under the Medicaid program.
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the   HCBS Worker Protection Act of 2025  .
2.
Removing limitation on payments for certain HCBS waivers under Medicaid
Section 1915(c)(11) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396n(c)(11) ) is amended by striking subparagraph (C).
