Res. 14.1.Short titleThis Act may be cited as the Bringing Benefits Back Act of 2025 .2.Repeal of certain reconciliation provisionsSubtitle A of title I and subtitle B of title VII of An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14 ( Public Law 119–21 ) are repealed and any law amended by such provisions is hereby restored or revived as if such amendments had never been enacted.
