To codify Executive Order 14260 (relating to protecting American energy from State overreach).
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the Protecting American Energy from State Overreach Codification Act .
2.
Codification of executive order
Executive Order 14260 (90 Fed. Reg. 15513; relating to protecting American energy from State overreach) shall have the force and effect of law.
