To amend the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act to update the eligibility requirements related to metropolitan statistical area population limits for the Community Development Block Grant Colonia Set-Aside Program.
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the Ensuring Continued Access to Funding for Colonias Act .
2.
Amendment to the Colonia Set-Aside Program
Section 916(e)(4) of the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5306 note) is amended by striking 1,000,000 and inserting 2,000,000 .
