To modify buy-to-budget requirements for end items, and for other purposes.
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the   Buy-to-Budget Flexibility Act  .
2.
Modifications to buy-to-budget requirements for end items
 Section 3069 of title 10, United States Code, is amended—
(1)
in subsection (a), by striking  if that head of an agency  and all that follows through  a complete end item ;
(2)
by striking subsections (b) through (d); and
(3)
by redesignating subsection (e) as subsection (b).
