Whereas Representative LaMonica McIver of New Jersey has been charged in a three-count Federal indictment for forcibly impeding and interfering with Federal officers: Now, therefore, be it
That the following named Member be, and is hereby, removed from the following standing committees of the House of Representatives:
Committee on Homeland Security:
Mrs. McIver.
Committee on Small Business:
Mrs. McIver.
