To designate the Museum of Pop Culture in Seattle, Washington, as the National Museum of Pop Culture .

Short title
This Act may be cited as the National Museum of Pop Culture Act .

Designation of national museum of pop culture in seattle, washington
(a)
Designation
The Museum of Pop Culture located in Seattle, Washington, is designated as the National Museum of Pop Culture .
(b)
Effect of designation
The National Museum of Pop Culture designated by subsection (a) is not a unit of the National Park System and the designation shall not be construed to require or permit Federal funds to be expended for any purpose related to the museum.
