II 119th CONGRESS 1st Session S. 1013 IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES March 13, 2025 Mrs. Moody (for herself and Mr. Scott of Florida ) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation A BILL
To require the headquarters of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to be transferred to Brevard County, Florida.
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the Consolidating Aerospace Programs Efficiently at Canaveral Act or CAPE Canaveral Act .
2.
Transfer of National Aeronautics and Space Administration headquarters to Brevard County, Florida
Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the headquarters of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration shall be transferred to Brevard County, Florida.
