 IIA  119th CONGRESS  1st Session  S. J. RES. 30  IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES   March 3, 2025   Mr. Curtis  (for himself and  Mr. Lee ) introduced the following joint resolution; which was read twice and referred to the  Committee on Energy and Natural Resources    JOINT RESOLUTION
Providing for congressional disapproval under  chapter 8  of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the National Park Service relating to  Glen Canyon National Recreation Area; Motor Vehicles .
That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the National Park Service relating to  Glen Canyon National Recreation Area; Motor Vehicles  (90 Fed. Reg. 2621 (January 13, 2025)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
