DESIGNATION OF BARBARA L. CUBIN NA-4 TIONAL HISTORIC TRAILS INTERPRETIVE5 CENTER.6 (a) IN GENERAL.—The National Historic Trails In-7 terpretive Center established under section 2(a) of Public8 Law 105–290 (112 Stat. 2783) in Casper, Wyoming, shall9 be known and designated as the ‘‘Barbara L. Cubin Na-10 tional Historic Trails Interpretive Center’’.11 (b) REFERENCES.—Any reference in a law, map, reg-12 ulation, document, paper, or other record of the United13 States to the National Historic Trails Interpretive Center14 referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a ref-15 erence to the ‘‘Barbara L.
