To amend chapter 62 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to modify the requirements for a garment to be considered water resistant.
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the   Protect Our Clothes from PFAS Act  .
2.
Modification of requirements for garments to be considered water resistant
Additional U.S. Note 2 to chapter 62 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking the second sentence.
