To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the clean fuel production credit.
1.
Repeal of clean fuel production credit
(a)
In general
Part IV of subchapter A of chapter 1 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking section 45Z (and by striking the item relating to such section in the table of sections for such part).
(b)
Effective date
The amendment made by this section shall apply to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2024.
